All exhibitors have:
  • Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
  • Heavy duty carpet just in aisle area.
  • Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
  • Safety for 24 hours at the entrances and inside the showroom from the set up until the end of the tear down.
Besides, you will receive:
  • 100 printed invitations for your customers and prospect, it have to be requested, and it will be sent once the cost of the booth has be paid in full.
  • Electronic invitation with your company’s logo to invite their clients.
  • Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the size of your stand.
  • Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure you need to spend all the information to marketing area.
