FAQ's

1. What's included in my space?

• Booths of 100 sq. ft. includes: Exhibition space, lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides, carpet, Booth identification sign (Company's name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual.), 1 double polarized electrical outlets (110V per booth.)
• Booths of 200 sq. ft. or larger includes: Exhibition space, carpet, 2 double polarized electrical outlets (110V per booth).

All other services such as electricity, telephone, additional furniture, cleaning, etc. must be contracted with these official contractors. Application forms for these service providers are included in the official EXHIBITOR's Manual Online.

Besides, you will receive:

• Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
• A space to store empty boxes and packaging.
• Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
• 200 printed invitations for your customers and prospect, it have to be requested, and it will be sent once the cost of the booth has be paid in full.
• Electronic invitation with your company's logo to invite their clients.
• A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the size of your stand.
• Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
• Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.

2. What are the set up and tear down dates & hours?

Exhibitors with booths of 600 sq. ft. or larger have the following schedule.

Monday September 10^th, 2012	00:00 - 08:00 hrs.	(Nocture)
Monday September 10^th, 2012	08:00 - 00:00 hrs.
Tuesday September 11^th, 2012	00:00 - 08:00 hrs.	(Nocture)
Tuesday September 11^th, 2012	08:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday September 12^th, 2012	08:00 - 12:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths of 400 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. have the following schedule.

Monday September 10^th, 2012	08:00 - 00:00 hrs.
Monday September 10^th, 2012	00:00 - 08:00 hrs.	(Nocture)
Tuesday September 11^th, 2012	08:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday September 12^th, 2012	08:00 - 12:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths smaller of 400 sq. ft. have the following schedule.

Monday September 10^th, 2012	16:00 - 00:00 hrs.
Monday September 10^th, 2012	00:00 - 08:00 hrs.	(Nocture)
Tuesday September 11^th, 2012	08:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday September 12^th, 2012	08:00 - 12:00 hrs.

If you require access to the set up before the schedule mentioned according to square meters requested, please contact the Organizing Committee for get information.

All boxes and packing materials must be removed without exception no later than Wednesday September 12 at 12:00 hrs, and the full installation of the booth at the same hour. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of installation after this time, or during the hours of the Expo.

Only exhibitors and authorized representatives will can enter to the exhibit area before beginning the exposure.

Tear Down

Friday September 14^th, 2012	20:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Saturday September 15^th, 2012	08:00 - 22:00 hrs.

Note: Work of dismantling the booth and packing up of displays shall be prohibited before 20:00 hrs, of Friday September 14th.

10. How do I get to the Convention Center?

Guadalajara Expo is located on the corner of Avenue Mariano Otero and Las Rosas, in Guadalajara. Is very close to Plaza del Sol.
By car, you can take the Avenue Mariano Otero from the roundabout De los Niños Héroes and move to Plaza del Sol. After Arcos del Milenio, is the intersection with Avenue De Las Rosas.

Can also be reached by López Mateos and take Mariano Otero in Plaza del Sol, at the roundabout where the sculpture of Mariano Otero, toward the center (East) of Guadalajara.

Getting to Expo Guadalajara from:

Miguel Hidalgo International Airport
On leaving the airport to Chapala-Guadalajara highway / Ave. Solidaridad-Iberoamericana, turn left onto Lazaro Cardenas Avenue and turn left again at Arcos del Milenio to take Mariano Otero Avenue.
