1. Standar Booth

The booth cost includes:
● White trovicel panels (hardwall).
● Booth identification sign (Company's name and booth number, no logo).
● HEAVY duty carpet (booth and aisle area)1 double polarized electrical outlets (110 volts).
● 1 fluorescent lamp 2 x 39 watts (must have canopy to install) and more.

$ 260.00 USD per sqm.

2. Free space (36sqm. and more/400 sq. ft. and more)

● The booth cost includes:
● HEAVY duty carpet
● 1 double polarized electrical outlets (110 volts)

$ 245.00 USD per sqm.
Booth cost includes: Booths of 200 sq. ft. and less:
● Lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides.
● Booth identification sign (Company's name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual. Except booths larger than 200 sq. ft.).
● Heavy duty carpet (booth and aisle area).
● 1 double polarized electrical outlets (110V per booth.).
● 1 fluorescent lamp 2 x 39 watts (must have canopy to install. Except booths larger than 200 sq. ft.).
● A space to store empty boxes.
● Perimeter security services.
● Promotion of exhibits products and services of your company in the Exhibitor's Directory, newsletters and web page. (it's necessary send your information to the Exhibitors Committee).
● Description of your company, products and services and booth number in the Exhibitor's List link in the web page.
● Your company's name and booth number on the Floor Plan link.
● Complimentary exhibit staff ID Badges.
● Special hotel rates.		  
 

Besides, you will receive:
● 200 printed invitations for your customers and prospect, it have to be requested, and it will be sent once the cost of the booth has be paid in full.
● Electronic invitation with your company's logo to invite their clients.
● A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the size of your stand.
● Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
● Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.
