Tips for creating Press Releases

One of the most simple and cheap way to keep the media informed about your company is through press releases sent.

A press release is a short article written in news format that promotes a recent development, event or innovative feature informative manner.

Do not use press releases to promote the sale or existing products. Make sure that the news is good news indeed, and are of specific interest to the media for shipping.

A press release should be used to announce the launch of a new product, opening, expansion, sale or transfer of a company or business, participation in any event, international recognition, sponsor a charity event or any another shout out their activities.

The goal is to be accepted and published in a public forum or media such as newspapers, magazine or website.

Once prepared the statement, we suggest:
• Distribute through Internet
• Send directly to the media / reporter via e-mail
• Publish on the website
• Send to a freely available web sites
• Send it to sites of Business Communities on Internet
• Send the Organizing Committee of the Expo Plasticos 2012 to raise the event's website and included in the press kit for the media
